It is not medical advice, not legal advice, and not financial advice, and reading it does not create a physician-patient, attorney-client or agency relationship. Decisions about your own care belong with your physician, and decisions about your legal position belong with your attorney.

How to read the compensation figures

The amounts published on this site describe a typical package. They are an outline, not an offer. What you are actually paid is set by the gestational carrier agreement executed between you and your matched intended parents, and that agreement supersedes anything written here. Figures can change with the circumstances of a journey.

How to read the eligibility criteria

The qualification criteria are general guidelines. Pregnancy and delivery history is evaluated case by case by our clinical team, and meeting every listed criterion does not guarantee acceptance into the programme.

No guarantee of outcome

Surrogacy depends on medical, legal and personal factors outside anyone’s control. We do not guarantee that you will be matched, that a transfer will succeed, that a pregnancy will result, or how long any stage will take. Timeframes on this site describe an average journey.

Applications and enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form or the surrogate application does not create any obligation on either side. We may decline an application. The surrogate application is hosted by a third-party provider and is subject to that provider’s terms in addition to these.
